Campaign cashback is paid in USDG to your OKX Pay balance, once eligible transactions are fully settled. Rewards are capped at 20 USDG per game and 100 USDG per user during the campaign period.

This campaign is being offered by the OKX entity on which you are onboarded as a customer under the OKX Terms of Service ("OKX"). The campaign runs from 11 June 2026 02:00 GMT+2 until 28 June 2026 01:59 GMT+2 (the "Activity Period").

  1. Enrollment eligibility: This promotion is open to OKX users registered under OKX Europe Ltd, the OKX Europe Entity, who reside in one of the EEA jurisdictions (excluding Iceland), mentioned in the General Terms & Conditions, at the time of the campaign. Please refer to Reward Conditions below.
    1. This campaign is only available to users who:
      1. Reside in one of the eligible EEA jurisdictions, excluding Iceland.
      2. Have completed KYC identity verification and have a verified account. Check your status here.
      3. Have activated their OKX Card before or during the Activity Period.
      4. Opt in to the Free Kick campaign in the OKX app before making the qualifying OKX Card transaction.
      5. Complete one or more eligible OKX Card purchase transactions of at least 10 USDG or equivalent during the Activity Period.
      6. Use OKX Card for the qualifying transaction, funded with USDG, subject to the campaign and standard OKX Card cashback rules.
  3. Reward distribution
    1. Free Kick campaign cashback rewards are calculated based on the eligible OKX Card transaction, the user’s applicable base cashback rate, and the reward multiplier achieved in the Free Kick mini-game. Rewards are credited in USDG to the user’s OKX Pay account.
    2. Campaign cashback is capped at 20 USDG per game and 100 USDG total per OKX account during the Activity Period.
    3. Rewards may show as pending until the linked qualifying transaction is fully settled. This may take up to 7 days after the linked transaction has settled.
  5. Reward conditions
    1. Refer to the requirements above, and complete the corresponding tasks to get the corresponding reward.
    2. Users must click "opt in" to the Free Kick campaign offer in the OKX app before making the qualifying OKX Card transaction.
    3. Each eligible OKX Card purchase transaction of at least 10 USDG or equivalent during the Activity Period unlocks one Free Kick mini-game.
    4. The eligibility of a transaction is determined by its authorisation date. Transactions authorised outside the Activity Period will not count, even if settled during the Activity Period.
    5. Transaction amounts in foreign currencies will be converted into their USDG equivalent at the foreign exchange rate applicable at the time of authorisation.
    6. Each Free Kick mini-game gives the user three attempts. The best attempt determines the reward multiplier for the transaction linked to that game. The mini-game is skill-based: the user must stop the cursor in the target zone, and the result depends on the user’s timing and accuracy, not a random draw or lottery mechanic.
    7. The Free Kick campaign outcomes are:
      1. Miss: no campaign cashback bonus. The user keeps eligible base cashback, subject to the standard OKX Card cashback rules.
      2. Good Shot: 2x reward multiplier on the eligible transaction.
      3. Perfect Shot: 4x reward multiplier on the eligible transaction.
    9. Campaign cashback is capped at 20 USDG per game and 100 USDG total per OKX account during the Activity Period. Once this cap is reached, no further games can be played or earned for that Activity Period.
    10. The Free Kick campaign cashback is separate from regular OKX Card base cashback. Regular base cashback and applicable tier caps continue to apply separately.
    11. There is no additional MCC restriction for this campaign. Eligible OKX Card purchase transactions of at least 10 USDG or equivalent may qualify, subject to the standard OKX Card cashback rules and transaction exclusions.
    12. Only fully settled transactions that are not cancelled, reversed, refunded, contested, or charged back will qualify. If a transaction is later refunded or reversed, the related cashback may be clawed back.
    13. The following transactions are excluded and do not count: ATM withdrawals, peer-to-peer transfers, money orders, quasi-cash transactions, transactions classified as cash advances by the card network, and any other excluded transactions under the standard OKX Card cashback rules.
    14. Unused Free Kick games expire at the end of the Activity Period.
    15. Each OKX account can only participate in one promotional campaign offered by OKX within the same time frame. If a qualified user enrolls in multiple promotional campaigns, they may only receive the reward from the last campaign that they enrolled in. We recommend that users do not join multiple campaigns during the same period.
  7. General Guidelines
    1. Please note that the value of the rewards may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may increase or lose value in your assets at any given moment.
    2. During the promotion period, OKX Europe Ltd. will closely track the behaviour of participants to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false identity verification information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transactions, or any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX Europe Ltd. , OKX Europe Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the reward, as well as terminate the program at any time and to interpret or modify the terms and conditions of this program at any time without prior notice.

The Free Kick mini-game is based on user timing and accuracy, not a random draw or lottery mechanic.     1. The OKX Card is issued by UAB Monavate, a company incorporated in Lithuania (Company Code: 305628001) and authorised by the Bank of Lithuania as an Electronic Money Institution (License No. LB002139). OKX acts as the Card Program manager.
    2. Use of the OKX Card is subject to the OKX Cardholder Agreement provided by the card issuer. OKX is not responsible for the card issuer’s approval process or transaction processing.
