Campaign Period:

This is a limited-time offer from 3 November 2025 18:00 SGT to 28 June 2026 23:59 SGT. Only users who are registered with OKX Singapore (OKX SG Pte. Ltd.) and have completed the Accredited Investor verification flow are eligible for the rewards.

Rewards Eligibility and Distribution:

1. This campaign is open only to individual Accredited Investor (AI) users who have successfully completed verification with OKX SG Pte. Ltd. For more information on Accredited Investor eligibility and requirements, please check here.
2. 1. KYB (Know Your Business) AI users are not eligible for this campaign.
3. USDG yields are calculated daily and paid out every week during the campaign period (the additional 4.5% payout timing may differ). Rewards are automatically credited directly to the user’s portfolio.
4. 1. First payout date: 12 November 2025
   2. Last payout date: 01 July 2026
5. Only USDG held in your portfolio will be considered for the 8% yield. USDG held in OKX Pay or OKX Web3 Wallet will not be considered.
6. The reward calculation guide is as follows:
7. 1. Base Rate: The standard USDG yield rate is 3.5% APY.
   2. Top-up Rate: Accredited Investors (AIs) are entitled to an additional 4.5% APY, bringing the total to 8% APY on their eligible USDG balance.
   3. Eligible Balance Cap: The 8% yield applies to the first USDG 100,000 of a user’s USDG holdings. It was previously capped at the first USDG 50,000 balance before 5 Jan 2026.
   4. Rewards are calculated weekly using the following formula: Reward per week = sum[(Top-up Rate) x (Daily Eligible Balance)/ 365]
   5. Other notes:
   6. 1. The base 3.5% yield is paid automatically.
      2. The additional 4.5% top-up (to achieve 8%) will be distributed separately as part of the campaign rewards.
      3. Balances exceeding USDG 100,000 are not eligible for the additional 4.5% top-up.

10. During the promotion period, OKX SG Pte. Ltd will closely track the behaviour of participants to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false identity verification information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX SG Pte. Ltd, OKX SG Pte. Ltd reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the reward.
11. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any ineligible participants, as well as terminate the program at any time and to interpret or modify the terms and conditions of this program at any time without prior notice.
