Campaign Period

1. This limited-time campaign runs from 9 Feb 2026 14:00 SGT and 4 Mar 2026 12:00 SGT

Definitions

2. "VIP status" refers to a fee tier of VIP 1 and above, as outlined in the fee schedule here.
3. For the purposes of this campaign, an "invitee" refers to a new user who registers with OKX SG using the invitor’s unique referral link during the campaign period.

Invitor Reward Eligibility

4. Only users registered with OKX SG Pte. Ltd. and have completed identity verification are eligible to receive invitor rewards.
5. An invitor will qualify for the S$188 reward when the invitee signs up using the invitor's unique referral link within the campaign period and successfully completes all the referral program requirements.
6. An invitor will receive an additional S$700 bonus reward if the invitee: (i) successfully verifies as an Accredited Investor; and (ii) attains and maintains VIP status for a continuous period of 90 days, provided that these conditions are met within 365 days from the invitee sign-up date.
7. If the invitee satisfies the conditions in paragraph 3 and further maintains VIP status for a continuous period of 180 days within 365 days from the sign-up date, the invitor will receive an additional S$1,000 bonus, on top of the S$700 bonus described in paragraph 6.
8. Each invitor may receive a maximum of S$8,500 in bonus rewards under this campaign.

Invitee Reward Eligibility

9. Only new users who successfully register with OKX SG Pte. Ltd. through a valid referral link during the campaign period and successfully verify as Accredited Investors are eligible to receive invitee rewards.
10. An invitee will qualify for the S$188 reward upon successfully completing all referral program requirements.
11. An invitee will receive an additional S$700 bonus if the invitee (i) successfully verifies as an Accredited Investor; and (ii) attains and maintains VIP status for a continuous period of 90 days, provided that these conditions are met within 365 days from the invitee’s sign-up date.
12. If the invitee satisfies the conditions in paragraph 7 and further maintains VIP status for a continuous period of 180 days within 365 days from the invitee's sign-up date, the invitee will receive an additional S$1,000 bonus, on top of the S$700 bonus described in paragraph 11.

Rewards Eligibility and Distribution:

13. Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
14. All rewards will be distributed in BTC.
15. Rewards will be issued within 30 days from the completion of each milestone.

17. 1. 1 Mar 2026: Your friend signs up via your referral link and successfully verifies as an Accredited Investor
    2. 2 Mar 2026: Your friend deposits S$100 and trades S$100 → both of you receive S$188
    3. 3 Mar 2026: Your friend deposits S$200,000, and reaches VIP1 status
    4. 3 Mar - 2 Jun 2026: Your friend trades with funds in his account and maintains VIP1 status by keeping total assets above S$125,000 → both of you receive S$700
    5. 3 Jun - 2 Sep 2026: Your friend continues to maintain VIP1 → both of you receive S$1,000
18. The value of rewards may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may increase or lose value in your assets at any given moment.
19. During the Campaign Period, we will closely track the behaviour of participants to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false identity verification information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by us, we reserve the right to disqualify the participant from the reward.
20. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any ineligible participants, as well as terminate the program at any time and to interpret or modify the terms and conditions of this program at any time without prior notice.
