1. Enrollment Eligibility
- This promotion is available to OKX users who sign up and make their first €200 trade between January 12th 10am (CET) 2026 to January 30th, 11.59pm (CET) 2026, who are registered under the OKX Europe Entity and reside in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain or Belgium. Please refer to the Reward Conditions section below.
- Reward of €40 in crypto is only eligible for users who sign up between January 12th 10am (CET) 2026 to January 30th, 11.59pm (CET) 2026 and reach a trading volume of €200 in crypto during the campaign period. The mechanism operates on first come, first served and the full €40 crypto reward is only available to the first 500 campaign participants that successfully completed the task.

2. Reward Conditions
- Complete the specified tasks as outlined above to earn the associated rewards. Each user is eligible for one reward only. The reward amount will be determined based on the balance in the account of the user in question at the end of the campaign period.
- Deposit and Trading Volume Calculation: Rewards are based on cumulative valid advanced and simple trading volumes generated during the promotional period. Trading volumes derived from other OKX benefits, including rebate vouchers or USDC fee waiver trades, will not count towards this campaign.
- Each OKX account may only participate in one promotional campaign at a time. If a qualified user enrolls in multiple concurrent campaigns, they will only receive rewards from the last campaign they joined. Users are advised to join only one campaign at a time to ensure eligibility for rewards.
3. Reward Distribution
- Rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, available only while supplies last.
- Token rewards and Rebate Vouchers will be issued within 30 days following the conclusion of the campaign period.
- OKX reserves the right to disqualify participants who engage in dishonest or abusive behaviors during the promotion, including but not limited to bulk account registrations or any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
- OKX may convert any rewards into platform vouchers or an equivalent cryptocurrency at its discretion.

- By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
- Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
- Each user can only participate in one campaign at any one time. If a user participates in multiple campaigns, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.
- Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.

- During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are found, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.
