This campaign is organised by OKX SG Pte. Ltd. ("OKX SG"), which is responsible for administering the campaign and providing the campaign rewards. The eligible Structured Products are offered by OKX Financial Pte. Ltd. ("OKX Financial").

Campaign Period

This limited-time campaign runs from 21 Oct 2026 11:00 (UTC+8) to 8 Nov 2026 23:59 (UTC+8).

Campaign Participant Eligibility

This campaign is open only to individual users registered with OKX SG and OKX Financial who are non-VIP Accredited Investors at the time they enrol in the campaign. Institutional users and users who are not Accredited Investors are not eligible to participate or receive rewards. Users who are already VIPs at the time of the Campaign Period start date are not eligible to participate or receive rewards. Eligibility for this campaign does not, by itself, establish eligibility to subscribe to a Structured Product. Participants must separately satisfy OKX Financial’s applicable product-eligibility requirements.

Rewards Eligibility and Distribution

To qualify for the base reward, an eligible user must click ‘Join now’ during the Campaign Period and, after enrolment and before the Campaign Period ends, successfully subscribe through the OKX App to an eligible Structured Product offered by OKX Financial. The bonus reward is subject to the additional requirements in Clause 6.
Subscriptions are entered into with OKX Financial and governed by its applicable subscription terms and risk disclosures. OKX Financial is responsible for providing and settling the Structured Products. Participation in this campaign does not vary those terms or make OKX SG the provider of the products.
The base reward is a 30-day VIP 1 trial, commencing from the date that the reward is issued to the eligible user. During this period, the user may enjoy all benefits of a VIP 1 user. After the period ends, the user's fee status will revert to Non-VIP and the user will no longer be able to enjoy VIP benefits.
Subscription to Structured Products before enrolling in the campaign or after the Campaign Period ends will not qualify for the reward. Subscription to Structured Products by any other means than through the OKX App will also not qualify for the reward.
The bonus reward is a 200 USDG reward. To qualify for the bonus reward, an eligible user must also make an eligible Structured Products subscription of at least 50K USD worth, after enrolling in the campaign and before the campaign period ends. If the user subscribes to more than one eligible Structured Products, the total subscription amount across all eligible Structured Products will be assessed for the bonus reward eligibility.
Each eligible user may receive the base reward and bonus reward once only. Eligible users will receive their rewards within 7 days of the Campaign Period end date, subject to successful verification and system processing. Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis while the campaign reward pool remains available.
Campaign rewards are separate from any return under a Structured Product. They do not protect your investment, guarantee a return or compensate you for investment losses.
The value of USDG and other digital assets may fluctuate. A reward may not have the same value when it is received or withdrawn.
During the Campaign Period, OKX may monitor participant behaviour for cheating, fraud or abnormal activity, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, using another person's account or information, submitting false identity or verification information, violating these Campaign Terms and Conditions or applicable laws, or using the campaign for illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. OKX reserves the right to disqualify participants and withhold or recover rewards where such activity is identified.
OKX reserves the right to verify participant eligibility, disqualify ineligible participants, and amend, suspend or terminate this campaign in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Certain features may not be available in all regions.
