OKX Europe Formal Complaints Form

If you are a resident of a country located within the European Economic Area, with a UID, you may file a formal complaint against OKX Europe Limited (C88193) by completing the Complaints Form at your earliest convenience. (To be completed by client to the crypto-asset service provider)

Before submitting a formal complaint we kindly advise that you reach out to OKX Customer Support team, and raise a ticket with them via support.eea@okx.com. You need a Customer Support ticket ID to submit a Complaint.
