Deposit and Unlock VIP Status

Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Campaign Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings given to them in the Deposit Bonus User Terms or the Rewards Session Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility and Enrollment
2. 1. This promotion (the “Campaign”) is offered by the OKX entity with which each eligible participant has entered into the OKX Terms of Service (“OKX”).
   2. The Campaign begins on 26 October 2026 at 12:00 GMT+1 and ends on 13 November 2026 at 23:59 GMT+1 (the “Activity Period”).
   3. The Campaign is open to eligible users who:
   4. 1. are registered with OKX Europe Limited (“OKX Europe Ltd”);
      2. are registered under Didi Random's exclusive referral code(s);
      3. reside in an eligible jurisdiction specified in the General Terms and Conditions at the time of participating in the Campaign;
      4. have completed, or previously completed, OKX’s advanced Know Your Customer (“KYC”) identity verification; and
      5. are VIP Level 6 or below.
   5. Both new and existing users must enroll in the Campaign during the Activity Period by clicking “Join Now” and acknowledging these Campaign Terms and Conditions.
   6. Participation is limited to the user’s main account. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate, and deposits made into sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of Eligible Deposits.
3. Reward distribution
4. 1. VIP Passes cannot be stacked. If a user complete multiple tasks, they will receive only the highest-level VIP Pass for which you qualify. For example, if their qualified Net Deposit reaches €60,000 during the Activity Period, then they will receive a single VIP Level 3 Pass, instead of 1 VIP Level 1 Pass, 1 VIP Level 2 Pass, and 1 VIP level 3 Pass.
   2. VIP Passes will be credited to eligible participants' account within 7 days after the campaign ends on November 13.
   3. Participants who reach the required Net Deposit threshold on November 13, the final day of the Activity Period, must still maintain the required Net Deposit amount for five consecutive days to qualify, even where this holding period extends beyond the Activity Period.
   4. Participants with an active VIP trial or VIP Pass at the time of reward distribution cannot receive an additional VIP Pass while their existing trial or pass remains active. Such participants must contact Customer Support and provide the expiry date of their existing trial or pass. Distribution of their Campaign VIP Pass will be arranged after the existing trial or pass expires.
   5. All tasks & rewards run on a first come, first served mechanism.
5. Reward conditions
6. 1. Participants must satisfy the requirements specified above and complete the applicable task to qualify for the corresponding reward.
   2. Net Deposits are calculated as the total value of eligible deposits minus the total value of withdrawals made during the Activity Period. The calculation begins at the start of the Activity Period.
   3. Each OKX account may participate in only one OKX promotional campaign during the same period. If a participant enrolls in multiple promotional campaigns with overlapping activity periods, they will be eligible to receive rewards only from the first campaign in which they enrolled. Participants are therefore advised against enrolling in multiple campaigns during the same period.
   4. 1. If a participant enrolls in both this Campaign and another promotional campaign offering a VIP Pass, they will be eligible to receive only the VIP Pass from the campaign they enrolled in first, even if it is of a lower VIP level than the pass they would otherwise qualify for under the other campaign.
7. General Guidelines
8. 1. While OKX aims to provide real-time updates, participants should refer to their Deposit History for the definitive EUR values used to calculate their Net Deposits.
   2. Please note that the value of the rewards may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may increase or lose value in your assets at any given moment.
   3. During the promotion period, OKX Europe Ltd. will closely track the behaviour of participants to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false identity verification information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX Europe Ltd., OKX Europe Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the reward, as well as terminate the program at any time and to interpret or modify the terms and conditions of this program at any time without prior notice.
