  1. Tasks and Rewards: To be eligible for rewards, users must fulfill these requirements

  3. Trading volume calculation: Cumulative valid spot and derivatives trading volume generated during the Campaign Period. Trading volume from using OKX's other benefits, including but not limited to USDC fee waiver trades, will not be counted for this Campaign.
  4. Each OKX account can only participate in one campaign within the same time frame. If a qualified user enrolls in multiple campaigns, they will only receive the reward from the last activity that they enrolled in. We recommend that users do not join multiple campaigns during the same period.
  5. Trades made with other OKX rewards or perks won't be counted as valid trades for this Campaign, including but not limited to trades using rebate cards, position airdrop, transaction fee waivers, etc.
  6. There are no restrictions on the amount of valid trades in terms of currency pairs and transaction types.
  1. The rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last and until fully distributed.
  2. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
  3. The maximum prize pool for this campaign is $SOPH: 68,500 and $HUMA: 80,000, and 1-month free access to Birb Nest. If the total user rewards hit the maximum prize pool before the campaign end date, the campaign will end early and the final rewards will be calculated based on the user's campaign data.
  4. If you don't claim your birb nest access rewards within the campaign period the rewards will be forfeited.
  5. The content provided by Birb Nest ("Content"), is sourced from external parties. OKX does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Content, and is not responsible or liable for any errors, omissions, delays, or inaccuracies.
  6. Rewards will be distributed within 30 working days after the end of the Campaign Period. The platform has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards for any reason it deems necessary in its discretion, such as large-scale risk control checks and other issues.
  7. The rewards of this campaign may contain non-stable coins, and the actual amount issued is based on the USDT spot pair price at the time of issuing the rewards, and according to the equivalent amount of USD. For example, if your reward is 100 USDT worth of OKB, the number of OKB will be issued according to the spot pair price when the reward is issued; assuming it is 50 USDT/OKB, then you will receive 2 OKB.
  8. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted. The reward will be converted at 1 xxx : xx USDT for distribution.
  9. OKX reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the campaign period, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  1. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
  2. Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
  3. Each user can only participate in one campaign at any one time. If a user participates in multiple campaigns, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.

During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are found, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.
  7. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.
